When I moved to Wesley Chapel in 2012, this area was mostly cow pastures with just a handful of stores and restaurants, so seeing shopping and dining continue moving east along State Route 56 is a huge change. I still would not treat every proposed tenant as guaranteed, but the bigger picture is clear because everyday life here is becoming much more convenient without constantly driving toward Tampa or Brandon.
